Adult Program

The Adult Program ages range from 13 and above. The program includes our Kung Fu, Wing Chun, and BJJ Classes. All class times for adults are held from 7:30-9pm Mon - Fri.

Every student works to their own level and all students benefit from exposure to martial arts. The physical benefits of martial arts training include improved strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and cardiovascular.

The program concentrates on self-defense and awareness training, movement and reaction drills, physical fitness, self expression through traditional forms, weapons and two-man fighting sets.

Special Classes: Sparring, Weapons Training, Self-defense, etc.
