Adult Program

 

Overview

Every student works to their own level and all students benefit from exposure to martial arts. The physical benefits of martial arts training include improved strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and cardiovascular.

The program concentrates on self-defense and awareness training, movement and reaction drills, physical fitness, self expression through traditional forms, weapons and two-man fighting sets.

Class Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:30 - 9:00pm

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Mondays and Wednesdays

  • Kung Fu - Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • Wing Chun - Fridays

Specialty Classes: Friday 6:30pm & Saturday 10:00am as announced

Our Adult program is designed for student age 13 and above
