Youth Program

 

Overview

Our Youth Program integrates hard work and fun. Students participate in a wide range of activities that develop motor skills, increase endurance and teach self-defense techniques resulting in lifelong protection.

Students reap even greater benefit from the program by gaining self-discipline, self-confidence and self-esteem. Individual attention is provided to each student and progress is noted and encouraged in a positive environment that helps children learn to set goals.

Class Schedule

All Skill Levels: Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 7:15pm

Specialty Classes: Friday 6:30pm & Saturday 10:00am as announced

SMA offers a Youth Program for ages ranging from 5 to 12 years old
